CONSULTING SERVICE

Start with a Plant Integration Assessment.

Understand where equipment information comes from, how it reaches production systems, and what to improve first.

When this helps

  • Manual reporting or inconsistent downtime events
  • A planned MES, historian or SCADA integration
  • An existing line with unclear interfaces or data ownership

What the work covers

StageWork
DiscoverInterviews and review of a defined line or production area.
MapEquipment sources, supported interfaces, data context and receiving systems.
AssessData quality, access, ownership, recovery and support gaps.
RecommendPrioritized actions and a limited pilot with agreed acceptance checks.

What you receive

  • Current architecture and interface inventory
  • Prioritized gap and risk register
  • Pilot scope and acceptance criteria
  • Ownership and phased implementation roadmap

Scope boundaries

Start with one agreed production line or area and its interfaces to SCADA, historian, MES and business systems. Confirm the number of machines and interfaces in the proposal. Control changes, production deployment, formal qualification and cybersecurity certification require separate agreed work.

What your team provides

Provide system documentation that you are permitted to share, process and engineering contacts, and approved access where required.

Your next three steps

  1. Share the business problem and the systems involved in a 30 minute introductory call.
  2. Review a written scope, fee, schedule, access arrangements and responsibilities.
  3. Receive the assessment and agree which findings should become a pilot.

Schedule and engagement

A small assessment can be planned over two to three weeks once information and interviews are available. The proposal confirms the actual schedule.

A fixed scope and fee are agreed in the proposal. Travel, additional systems and implementation are identified separately.

Optional OT security assessment scope

Where agreed in the proposal, extend the assessment to OT risk analysis, vulnerability prioritization, patch and recovery planning, incident response readiness, and security policy / procedure review. Translate findings into practical mitigation actions with named owners and verification criteria.

Review IEC 62443 reference areas, approved monitoring tools, segmentation, remote access and supplier responsibilities with the client’s OT / IT security team. Active vulnerability testing, production patching, emergency incident response and formal certification require explicit scope, authority and suitable specialist coverage.
